Peter Greenberg Worldwide – The Dorchester Hotel London – April 12, 2014

London has its share of great, iconic hotels, but one that truly works is The Dorchester Hotel in London. It was first opened in April, 1931, and it’s just across from Hyde Park. The 250-room hotel has lovingly restored much of its 1930s furniture, adding a touch of history to its modern amenities.

On this week’s Radio Show, Peter speaks with Julian Bird, CEO of the London Theater Society, who shares the important details about some of the best shows playing in London as well as the longest running hits with a few surprises. Another guest is Julie Falconer, writer for, talks about her favorite places in the city as well as her journey for British citizenship.

Dorchester Head Chef Henri Brosi shares his favorite places to eat outside the hotel that can’t be found in the brochures, including an amazing seafood restaurant in Notting Hill. And of course, we’re reading your emails on the air and solving some really challenging travel problems.

Tune in to hear all this and more as Peter broadcasts from The Dorchester Hotel in London, England.
