Terre Restaurant

After an afternoon at the Spa at this Ranchero, how about a rustic southwestern inspired cuisine at Terre Restaurant! Executive Chef Charles Dale has created a fresh and seasonal menu that includes regional influences in all his dishes. Chef Dale trained at New York’s famed Le Cirque, Georges Masraff’s restaurant in Paris and at New York City’s Hôtel Plaza Athénée under Daniel Boulud. He later opened three of his own restaurants in Aspen, Colorado: Renaissance, Rustique Bistro and Range. Chef Dale was named Best New Chef in America by Food + Wine Magazine in 1995 and twice nominated for Best American Chef in the Southwest by the James Beard Foundation. Your meal is in good hands with this head chef! The open and airy  al fresco dinning space overlooks the amazing desert landscape.
